The house was packed with a positive vibe and supportive friends and family easily equaling our best turnout. Two of our good friends sat in with us during the evening — Stevie White on trumpet who worked his magic with “Fellow’s Eyes” and Keith Owens on mandolin for an acoustic jam. Capt. Spontaneous himself (Dan Fisher) led an “Organic Groove” during one of the set breaks with Bill, Biddy, Stevie and Keith helping out.

We played three sets of originals with a few jams worked into the mix and we learned that it’s better to change your instrument’s strings after a show instead of before it. Highlights from the set included “Intimidation” and “Goals” acoustic style and “It Will Read Horror” loud style. No recordings of this one but plenty of photos. Thanks to Jason for running sound for us and helping with gear.
